While longer-term road projects generally don’t start in November in the Toledo area, minor repair projects can still pop up and cause short-term headaches.
A case in point is a pavement repair the Ohio Department of Transportation announced for the ramp from southbound I-75 to westbound I-475 in Toledo. It’s scheduled to be closed from 8 p.m. Friday until 8 a.m. Saturday, and the work will also close the right through lane on southbound I-75 at the exit split.
ODOT’s announcement did not say if the Jeep Parkway exit from southbound I-75 also will be closed during this repair, or if the work is weather dependent, although both seem plausible.
No detour route was announced, either, but the typical detour for work there is to continue south on I-75 to the Detroit Avenue exit, then return
