Update on driver who was pinned between two vehicles

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - It has been almost five months since Dakota Briley veered off the road on the North Shore on Kamehameha Highway.

Briley was pinned between two vehicles. Since then, it has been a fight of his life.

Briley suffered life threatening injuries was put in a coma and is now recovering surrounded by family, faith and a solid circle of love around him.

His sister Erin joined us Sunday morning to update us on his status.
