GREEN BAY, Wis. (WMTV) - The Green Bay Packers, representing their throwback uniforms, exited the field to the sound of boos coming from their own faithful, following yet another scoreless drive early in the fourth quarter.
The green and gold, looking to answer at least one of Panthers’ Rico Dowdle’s two rushing touchdowns on the day.
Which would both prove to be just a fraction of the factors that proved costly in Green Bay’s second loss of the season, falling to the Carolina Panthers, 16-13 on Sunday afternoon.
Dowdle ended the day with 130 rushing yards, which would be more than Green Bay’s as a team at 104 total rushing yards. The running back also walked in two touchdowns on 25 total carries in the win.
But it would be Josh Jacobs who wouldn’t make it easy for Carolina, stretching
