CHARLOTTE, N.C. – CMPD is investigating after two men were shot and killed in north Charlotte on Sunday.

It happened around 2:30 p.m. on Oakwood Road near Lake Road.

Upon arrival, police said they located two men suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.

This is under an active investigation.
