ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Seven people were displaced Saturday afternoon after a fire broke out in an apartment unit -- also causing smoke and water damage to Bitchin' Donuts which is located on the first floor of the building. Albany Fire Chief Joseph Gregory confirmed no civilians or firefighters were injured.

Chief Gregory said fire crews arrived to 193 Lark St. around 4:09 p.m., where they found a heavy fire on the second floor of a three-story building. Gregory believes the fire started in the kitchen of the second-floor unit, which was an apartment.
