The downside is it will be windy, with gusts up to 30 mph. It will be clear and chilly overnight; temperatures will drop to the upper 30s. Wind gusts will approach 30 mph.

Tuesday will be a very pleasant fall day, with highs in the upper 50s and sunny skies. Winds will calm to 8-11 mph. Partly sunny conditions are expected Wednesday and highs will reach the mid-60s, but there is a 40% chance of rain. Sunshine returns Thursday and highs will be in the low 50s. Highs will be in the low 60s Friday with an 80% chance of rain. More rain is likely through the weekend, with highs in the mid-50s Saturday and upper 40s Sunday.
