Singer Perry Farrell took to the stage last week as part of a tribute show to the classic rock band The Doors, his first public performance since an onstage fight last year led to the breakup of Jane’s Addiction.
According to mxdwn.com , Farrell sang Doors classics “Touch Me,” “Roadhouse Blues” and “Waiting for the Sun.” Former Doors guitarist Robby Krieger performed with Farrell.
Last year, Farrell got into a fight with Jane’s Addiction guitarist Dave Navarro during a performance. Footage of the fight showed Farrell giving a shoulder bump to Navarro before he begins yelling at the guitarist, pushing him and throwing a punch. Crew members for Jane’s Addiction rushed the stage to intervene and restrain Farrell.
