Feature film inspired by director's roots and New Mexico internship wraps production

LAS CRUCES, N.M. (KRQE) – A feature film called "Generational Difficulties" recently wrapped production in New Mexico. Director and producer Dave Murphy was inspired to film in Las Cruces after interning through the New Mexico Film Office.

"Generational Difficulties" follows three men and a boy, conceptualizing the idea of what you would do if you could talk to your younger self, and how you would change your future if you could affect your past. Filmed in Las Cruces, it employed 40 New Mexicans, providing an economic boost for the Las Cruces region and film in New Mexico as a whole.
