KANSAS CITY, Mo. —

The Kansas City Current will open their 2025 postseason run at home against Gotham FC in the NWSL quarterfinals on Sunday, Nov. 9.

Kickoff at CPKC Stadium is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. and the game will air on KMBC. Advertisement

The Current enter the playoffs as the league’s top seed after capturing the NWSL Shield for the first time in franchise history.

Kansas City finished the regular season 21-3-2, setting league records for points (65), wins (21) and clean sheets (16).

Kansas City became the first team this season to clinch a playoff berth and went unbeaten at home throughout the regular season.
