The Steelers picked up a 27-20 victory against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday at Acrisure Stadium. Here are questions for them and the rest of the NFL to ponder ahead of Week 10, when they’ll travel to face the Los Angeles Chargers at SoFi Stadium.

Where does this team belong in the AFC pecking order? The Steelers are one of the conference’s four division leaders and they now own wins against two of the others — the Patriots and Colts. On paper, their resume is as good as anyone’s. Still, the Ravens have Lamar Jackson. The Bills have Josh Allen. And the Chiefs have Patrick Mahomes. Regardless of their consistency issues early in 2025 — the Ravens haven’t even recovered to the .500 mark yet — those teams will always get the benefit of the doubt from most because of their quarterbacks.
