The charge follows multiple people stabbed on the 6.25pm LNER service from Doncaster to London King's Cross on Saturday (November 1).
Anthony Williams has been charged with 10 counts of attempted murder, one count of actual bodily harm and one count of possession of a bladed article following the train incident.
British Transport Police (BTP) has said he has also been charged with another count of attempted murder and possession of a bladed article in connection with an incident at Pontoon Dock DLR station on Saturday (November 1).
The 32-year-old, from Langford Road in Peterborough, will appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court this morning (November 3).
After this the train made an unscheduled stop at Huntingdon, in Cambridgeshire, where armed police from Cambridgeshire Police board
