SAGINAW, MI – If Saginaw Spirit owner Dick Garber had his way, the entire Spirit franchise and Saginaw community would join him in the Saginaw County Sports Hall of Fame.

But there wasn’t a venue big enough, so Garber accepted his induction into the Saginaw County Sports Hall of Fame Sunday at Horizons Conference Center.
