MUSKEGON COUNTY, Mich. — No students were injured early Monday morning after a Ravenna Public Schools bus crashed in Muskegon County.
The crash happened on Sullivan Road. A Facebook post from the district said all students appear to be uninjured, but are being evaluated as a precaution.
Sullivan Road between Heights Ravenna Road and Ellis Road is being blocked by Michigan State Police.
A 13 ON YOUR SIDE crew at the scene said power lines appear to have fallen on the school bus. Great Lakes Energy is responding.
The school's Transportation Director Chadd Warren is working with crews at the scene to make sure all students are cared for.
"Thank you for your understanding and support as we prioritize the safety and well-being of our students," the district wrote.
