BEAUFORT, S.C. (WSAV) - An overturned excavator has all northbound lanes shut down at Boundary St and Hogarth St.

According to the Beaufort Port Royal Fire Department (BPRFD), the excavator fell off a truck trailer and is blocking all lanes. Minor injuries have been reported.

BPRFD predicts that the lane closures will last a significant amount of time. Use caution in the area and expect delays.
