President Donald Trump returned to "60 Minutes" on Nov. 2 for his first appearance on the CBS news program in five years.
Trump sat down at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida, with "60 Minutes" contributing correspondent Norah O’Donnell for a wide-ranging interview covering U.S.-China relations, Venezuela, Israel, immigration, the National Guard, and the ongoing government shutdown, among other topics.
The appearance comes after Trump settled a lawsuit last year with CBS parent company Paramount over a 2024 election special interview involving then-Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris. The settlement did not include an apology. Trump had initially been slated to appear in that program but withdrew ahead of the broadcast.
