JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) - The Mississippi Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning (IHL) announced data from Mississippi's public universities showed continued growth in student enrollment.

According to the data, there was a nearly three-percent growth in enrollment in fall 2025 compared to fall 2024. Total student enrollment across the system is 81,961, compared to 79,817 in fall 2024.
