Two of the three newly-minted youngest billionaire in the world -- Adarsh Hiremath, Surya Midha, and Brendan Foody -- are Indian-origin entrepreneurs.

The 22-year-olds are high school friends turned-co-founders of San Francisco-based startup Mercor that claims to connect more than 30,000 experts with AI labs like OpenAI to ensure more nuanced AI training.

A Series C funding of $350 million last week made the three of them the youngest billionaires in the world, replacing Polymarket CEO Shayne Coplan less than a month since he was crowned the position on October 10.

Hiremath, Midha, and Foody each hold roughly 22% stake in the startup whose value rose five times since its last funding round and touched $10 billion, making them the youngest billionaires, Forbes reported.
