CONCORD, N.H. (WCAX) - New Hampshire residents are now required to make appointments for all Division of Motor Vehicles services.
The state says all DMV locations are moving to the appointment-only system with a goal of reducing wait times and improving customer service.
To meet customer demands, they say more appointment slots will be added this month at the busiest locations, including Concord, Manchester, Nashua and Epping.
Those DMV locations are expected to extend their hours until 5 p.m. twice a week.
