Prime Minister Mark Carney needs to grow a backbone and make it clear to Canada’s premiers that the federal government runs the show when it comes to foreign policy.

Speaking to reporters about the fallout from Ontario Premier Doug Ford’s Ronald Reagan ad buy in the United States during the World Series, Carney confirmed that he apologized to U.S. President Donald Trump that the ad was even aired.
