LINCOLN, Neb. —
Nebraska football coach Matt Rhule said Dylan Raiola will have surgery to repair a broken fibula this week .
He will not travel with the team to UCLA as he heals, Rhule said.

The sophomore quarterback will be involved in game planning, Rhule added.
Freshman quarterback TJ Lateef took over for Raiola after he exited Saturday's game. He was 5 of 7 for 7 yards with six carries for 18 yards against USC.
"He's got amazing arm talent, he can spin it. And he can run, he can move ... he's an excellent player," Rhule said.
Rhule added that Lateef's humility has impressed him: "We're going to rally around him."
