A Jefferson City man is accused of involuntary manslaughter and DWI for crashing into and fatally injuring a person driving an electric scooter .
Jervontaye I. Warmack, 32, was arrested in connection to the Friday evening crash for hitting the electric scooter in the 3600 block of Highway 50.
He faces charges of second-degree involuntary manslaughter, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and driving while intoxicated for hitting a person driving an electric scooter. Mid-Missouri News
