Two young girls were rushed to the hospital after falling from a Ferris wheel ride when the bucket they were in tipped over causing them to fall 15 to 20-feet to the ground. A witness says nothing seemed out of the ordinary with the ride until he noticed the bucket appeared to be locked in place. NBC’s Emilie Ikeda reports for TODAY.
