New Delhi: Vishwaskumar Ramesh, the sole survivor of the Air India crash in Ahmedabad, where 241 people lost their lives, was quoted as the ‘luckiest man alive.’ But now, after almost five months, he is still struggling to endure, both physically and mentally.

In a BBC interview, Ramesh confirmed that he is staying alone and not even talking to his wife and son after the plane crash. He was seen walking away from the London-bound AI 171 flight’s wreckage.

Ramesh is a British national and expressed his immense pain after losing his younger brother Ajay in the same flight, as he was just sitting a few seats away.
