Michiganders are starting the week off with high winds, and some could end the week with snow showers.

While the wind will taper off after Monday, rain will develop during the middle of the week, with northern Michigan and the Upper Peninsula expected to see rain starting Tuesday, Nov. 4. By the weekend, some areas in the northern Lower Peninsula and the Upper Peninsula could see snow showers.

"Tuesday (Nov. 4) will be quiet, but clouds increase again," the National Weather Service in Gaylord said on X on Nov. 3. "A chance of rain arrives Tuesday night into Wednesday (Nov. 5), with cooler weather for Wednesday and Thursday (Nov. 6)."

Temperatures in the Lower Peninsula are forecast for the 50s this week, with Detroit and Coldwater seeing the warmest highs of 61-63 degrees on Wednesday
