WHEELER COUNTY, Ga. — A man is dead after being run over by a truck in Wheeler County Sunday night, according to Wheeler County Sheriff Glenn Giles.

And, according to Giles, the accused driver was in a relationship with the victim's daughter.

The sheriff says it happened at around 6 p.m. on Old Glenwood Road, just east of Alamo, Georgia.

Giles says Randy Booker is accused of running over Sam Floyd with a Ford pickup truck after a disagreement between the two.

Booker was in a relationship with Floyd's daughter, Giles said.

Booker was charged with felony murder and aggravated assault.

Giles says that they don't know exactly what caused the disagreement, and he says that is currently under investigation.
