A Butler man who reportedly burglarized a Fairview Township residence before leading authorities on a multi-county chase has now been charged in a separate burglary that occurred five days prior along with a Bruin woman.

Ronald Raymond Piper, 46, was charged Monday, Nov. 3, with one felony count each of theft and receiving stolen property, and misdemeanor theft following the Oct. 15 incident in Clay Township.

Tiffiny Lynn Martin, 42, was also charged Monday with one felony count each of receiving stolen property and criminal aid in the incident.

Police said they were dispatched to a Kildoo Road residence for multiple items reported stolen including a 1979 Suzuki dirt bike, a 1980 Yamaha dirt bike and other vehicles, car parts and scrap metal. The items were loaded into a Honda Odyssey a
