YULEE, Fla. — The Nassau County Sheriff's Office announced Monday afternoon that an arrest was made in connection with an Oct. 10 bank robbery at First Federal Bank in Yulee. The suspect was identified as 66-year-old Marshall Foskey.
The sheriff's office says Foskey allegedly displayed a firearm to the staff and, according to victim statements, ordered employees to empty all the drawers of money in the teller area. They say once the cash was emptied, he forced two victims into the bank's vault and had them continue filling his bag with money.
Foskey proceeded to leave the vault locking the victims inside. NSCO says the victims triggered the alarm and deputies arrived shortly after.
Using various investigative techniques, detectives confirmed Foskey's identity. With the assistance of
