GRAND FORKS — A Grand Forks man who pleaded guilty Monday, Nov. 3, was ordered to serve 13 years for two felony drug charges.
Timothy George Clark, 54, pleaded guilty to Class A felony possession of at least 50 grams of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and Class C felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
The paraphernalia charge is a felony because it is Clark's second or subsequent offense; a first-time paraphernalia possession charge is a Class A misdemeanor in North Dakota.
Clark was arrested in May after a traffic stop prompted a search of himself and his motorcycle, according to a declaration of probable cause summary filed in the case.
Law enforcement found a glass pipe with methamphetamine residue on it, and approximately 108.5 grams — or 3.8 ounces — of methamp
