TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - Andrew Kolvet, a spokesperson for Turning Point USA, has addressed his earlier post on X regarding Halloween costumes worn by math teachers in the Vail School District.

In a post on X , Kolvet initially implied that the costumes were linked to the death of Charlie Kirk. However, he has since updated his thread following the district's denial of any such connection.

Additional security presence was stationed outside Cienega High School, including a school resource officer and several Pima County deputies.

The increased security is a response to death threats received after several math teachers wore shirts with the phrase "Problem Solved" as part of their Halloween costumes.
