The day before Nov. 4's general election around 16% of voters had cast a ballot in Kitsap County, though Kitsap County Auditor Paul Andrews expects turnout to reach a similar level as 2023's off-year election, at around 37%.

That means more ballots will be arriving at the Kitsap County Auditor's election processing facility Monday and Tuesday to be counted and tabulated, along with votes that are cast at the three in-person voting centers now open around Kitsap County.

Andrews has recommended using a voting center or one of the 27 drop boxes managed by the county for residents who have yet to vote, due to possible delays with postmarking and collection by USPS .
