“There’s that famous potato chip commercial: ‘You can't eat just one.’ That's the whole point. The purpose of food companies is to sell food,” said famed nutritionist and author Marion Nestle, whose revised book "What to Eat Now" comes out this month.
Nestle, who is the Paulette Goddard Professor of Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health, Emerita, at New York University, has spent decades researching nutrition and the role of food industry marketing in America.
