COLUMBUS, Ohio — The central Ohio housing market is moving faster than ever and artificial intelligence is taking the wheel.

AI tools are now scanning millions of listings, school ratings, commute times and neighborhood crime stats in seconds all to help match buyers with their “perfect” home from the comfort of their couch.

Local realtor Jason Brewer said the technology is changing the way homes are sold.

"We are using AI every day because it adds value,” Brewer said.

One big shift: virtual staging. What once required renting furniture and paying for professional crews now takes just a few clicks.

“Virtual staging is quick; we can have those images overnight,” Brewer added.
