SCOTT COUNTY, Mo. (KFVS) - A man is facing multiple felony charges after an incident that took place over several days.
The Scott County Sheriff’s Office said Stephen D. Bean of Morley, Missouri was arrested and formally charged after deputies responded to a report of a domestic disturbance on November 2.
According to the probable cause statement, Bean allegedly restrained a victim and put his hands around the victim’s neck, restricting their breathing. He also reportedly trespassed in the victim’s home and slashed two tires on their vehicle.
In addition, Bean is accused of refusing to obey the deputies’ commands during his arrest, and had to be tased to be taken into custody.
