Central Pennsylvania will experience seasonably mild temperatures with gusty winds up to 35 mph through Monday evening, particularly in higher elevations. Scattered showers are primarily affecting the northern tier of the state, with limited precipitation expected elsewhere.

The windy conditions stem from a tight pressure gradient created by a coastal low off Nova Scotia. Wind gusts between 25-35 mph will continue through Monday night before gradually diminishing.

Despite the breezy conditions, temperatures remain a few degrees above seasonal averages.
