A western Pennsylvania-based home improvement contractor is being sued by the state attorney general after he said the company failed to fulfill contracts with its customers.
According to a release from AG Dave Sunday, the lawsuit accuses A&S Contracting and Roofing, LLC, and its owner, Stephen Spallone, of violating Pennsylvania’s Consumer Protection Law and Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act. Advertisement
Sunday said the company and its owner abandoned projects after obtaining more than $56,000 in deposits from consumers. The lawsuit also alleges A&S used non-compliant contracts with consumers.
