A day after municipal elections in Quebec in which several races came down to single-digit margins , a battle from another election months ago is still being waged.

Bloc Québécois candidate Nathalie Sinclair-Desgagné, who lost a race in the federal riding of Terrebonne on April 28 by a single vote, announced Monday she was appealing the case to the Supreme Court, days after Quebec Superior Court ruled against her bid to force a new election in that riding .
