Far from the heartbroken fans in Toronto, where the words “Blue Jays World Series Champions 2025” remain a bitter memory of what might have been, T-shirts and baseball caps sporting those words will find new life as part of an MLB initiative to help underserved communities.

Exclusive unused Blue Jay championship T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats and other gear — manufactured long before the team’s Game 7 loss — are set to be donated to countries in need around the world.

It’s a partnership between Major League Baseball and Good360, a non-profit organization that connects companies with excess inventory to charities, schools and communities. Since 2017, it’s worked with the league to connect “what could have been” championship gear to non-profit supporting communities.
