The latest planning applications to Plymouth City Council include a development of nine homes at Eggbuckland.

Arqiva Limited is seeking to build on a 0.6 hectare of open grassland to the north of Fort Austin Avenue.

Documents to the council as part of a pre application enquiry outline details for a scheme of eight three-bed semi-detached properties and one five-bed home and four detached garages.

The access into the site would be from Fort Austin Avenue.

A number of trees will need to be removed to accommodate the proposed development and access.

This site has an existing planning consent for three homes approved in October 2022.
