One month from today, North Dakotans will go to the polls in a special election that will include legislative contests in five districts.
Coming as the first expression of voter sentiment since the Watergate hearings, the Dec. 4 election will be eyed with interest that goes beyond the candidates and reapportionment issues to include the events in Washington.
