A new sushi spot has opened in a Cambridgeshire city offering "freshly made sushi and bento boxes". Chen Chai recently opened Modern Sushi, which is a food kiosk found in Peterborough's Queensgate Shopping Centre, providing visitors with "convenient and affordable" dishes.

Mr Chai decided to open his own sushi kiosk using his many years of experience working at other fast food sushi brands. He said: "Nowadays a range of Asian cuisine is quite popular like Japanese and Korean food so I wanted to create my own kiosk to bring that into the shopping mall. I didn't see a sushi bar in the shopping centre. I think it's good for the customers to have a selection of places to eat here."
