A court has heard harrowing accounts from emergency services and the siblings of a young girl who died after her mother criminally neglected her.

Crystal Leanne Hanley, 49, appeared in South Australia’s Supreme Court on Tuesday after previously pleading guilty to the criminal neglect of three of her children in 2022.
