1Man turns himself in for Maisel Court murder weeks after deadly Southern District shooting
BALTIMORE, MD – Nearly a month after a man was gunned down in broad daylight on Maisel Court, a 20-year-old Baltimore resident has surrendered to police and now faces a first-degree murder charge in connection with the killing.
Nasaiah Bryan turned himself in at Baltimore Police Headquarters on Thursday without incident. Detectives say he is responsible for the fatal shooting of 31-year-old Oshay Khalil Smith, who was found with multiple gunshot wounds on the afternoon of October 1 in the 2500 block of Maisel Court.
Smith was transported to a local hospital following the shooting, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. His death marked yet another fatal shooting in Baltimore’s South
