Trophy week in high school football. There are great matchups all around the state for sectional championship night. Let’s count down the 25 best games around the state:

25: Twin Lakes (9-2) at Western (8-3), Class 3A Sectional 27

These teams met in Week 9 of the regular season – a 22-15 Twin Lakes victory. Twin Lakes, in Kevin O’Shea’s third year as coach, have knocked off No. 9 Maconaquah (36-20) and Peru (42-28) the past two weeks. Junior Cooper Dold has 2,315 passing yards and 27 passing TDs. Western is coming off tight wins over West Lafayette (20-14) and Frankton (29-22). The Panthers are averaging 281 rushing yards in Austin Colby’s first year as coach.
