The impact on roads was the 'issue mentioned most' by locals about a giant 1,500 home development in Nuneaton . It has been almost a year since proposals for a major development on Arbury Estate-owned land off Heath End Road were unveiled.

It is for one of the biggest developments in this part of Nuneaton in recent years. It would see 1,525 dwellings, a mixed use local centre - including a possible hot food takeaway built on the Arbury-estate owned land. The plans were officially submitted to the council earlier this year and have now appeared on the council website.
