SRINAGAR : The Government of India has formally constituted the Eighth Central Pay Commission (8th CPC), appointing former Supreme Court judge Justice Ranjana Prakash Desai as its chairperson, with IIM Bangalore Professor Pulak Ghosh and Petroleum Secretary Pankaj Jain as members.
