MOORHEAD — Voters have their last chance to cast ballots today in special elections to determine referendums for both Moorhead Area Public Schools and the neighboring Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton School District

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 4.

In Moorhead's two-question referendum, question one calls for an operating levy to generate $4.37 million annually, or $575 per pupil, with funds going toward teacher and staff salaries, supplies, program costs, utilities and maintenance.

Question two calls for a capital projects levy to generate $1.5 million annually to help fund capital, technology and transportation needs.

Each levy would be in effect for 10 years, raising $43.7 million on the operating side and $15 million on the capital projects side, a total of $58.7
