MONTAGUE, Mass. (WWLP) - The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) will conduct daytime bridge joint repairs on the Avenue A bridge in Gill and Montague from Tuesday to Thursday.

The repairs are scheduled to occur each day from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., during which a one-way alternating traffic pattern will be implemented to manage the flow of vehicles.

Drivers traveling through the affected areas should expect delays, reduce speed, and exercise caution while the repairs are underway.

To assist with traffic management, appropriate signage, law enforcement details, and advanced message boards will be deployed to guide drivers safely through the work zone.
