DeWitt, NY -- Le Moyne College trains more than 300 graduate students each year in critical and much-needed healthcare fields , from nursing to mental health counseling.
Despite its small size, the liberal arts school on the eastern edge of Syracuse is a key part of educating Central New York’s healthcare workforce. Its programs, half of which are comprised of homegrown students, educate future nurse practitioners and physician’s assistants, providers who can do many of the same functions as primary care doctors.
