AURORA, Colo. (KKTV) - Aurora police are urging young drivers to avoid bad decisions that could haunt them for the rest of their lives.
The warning comes after a teenager flipped his BMW while allegedly driving drunk and speed racing, killing one of his passengers.
“We’re here once again asking young drivers to slow down and to NEVER, and we mean NEVER, get behind the wheel after drinking. Especially if you’re underage to begin with,” the police department said in a social media post.
The crash happened just before 1 a.m. Saturday at Alameda and Chambers on the east side of Aurora.
