(Bismarck, ND) — Hospitals around the state are seeing a spike in respiratory illnesses. Doctors say children are coming down with RSV and the flu earlier than usual, which has led to children’s hospitals and pediatrics clinics filling up faster than expected this month. Doctors are recommending parents speak to their pediatrician now about RSV and flu vaccines, before cases reach their peak level later this winter. More information can be found on the CDC website.
